HELPING ORGANIZATIONS TO IDENTIFY, ASSESS, AND MITIGATE FATIGUE-RELATED RISK

APPLIED SCIENCE, OPERATIONAL SOLUTIONS

Making science work for you, not against you

STREAMLINING WITH YOUR ORGANIZATIONAL SYSTEMS

No need to reinvent the wheel. Let’s build on what you already have.

TRAINING THAT’S A BENEFIT, NOT A BURDEN.

Program Development

What does my organization need to know? How do I get  buy-in?  Where do we begin? You have questions? We have answers.

Risk Assessments

Your organization and how it operates is unique. That’s why we use a risk-based approach; so you can make informed decisions on the best way to manage worker fatigue.

Education and Training

There’s training, and then there’s expert training. Based on science and driven by evidence, we’ve got your back.

What is Fatigue Costing Your Organization?

Science has clearly demonstrated that tired workers are impaired workers.

They are forgetful, more confrontational, have trouble with complex decision making, are slower to react, use flawed logic and demonstrate poor judgment. Their physical, mental and emotional health suffers. Errors are more frequent, injuries rise and overall work performance suffers.

Today, extended hours and shift work are necessary to meet the demands of an industrialized global economy, but it comes at a cost. The consequences are operational, societal, and personal.

Do you know where your fatigue-related risks are? Do you have the right strategies in place?

If you’re worried about the impact of fatigue at the job site, or simply don’t know where to start, we’re here to help!
